When Khaadi opened its doors in 1998, it was with the aim to revive this tradition by giving it a solid new market. The dazzling spread of colors, textures and styles in the purest cottons and skills immediately claimed a niche in the hearts of a clientele that still favors Khaadi today - leading to a phenomenal expansion in the range of products.
In the decade since Khaadi was launched, it has become synonymous with hand-woven fabric and other products across Pakistan and even abrod. What started as a small venture with a few weavers has now grown ten-fold and Khaadi, today, not only has its own production facilities with a team of experienced weavers, it also has many other skilled artisans creating a wide array of colourful products. An in-house dyeing unit, ensures that every strand meets the high standard of quality, while the in-house stitiching unit helps designers create new patterns and products, keeping the range innovative and fresh. A fully-equipped design studio, armed with qualified and talented designers, makes sure that the brand stays abreast of changing fashion trends both nationally and internationally. All these factors have contributed to making Khaadi the only brand specializing in hand-woven fabrics, garments, home products, and accessories throughout Pakistan and Dubai.
